We’ve spoken to a sample of our customers, and we can see that many of you will be open between Christmas and New Year – so, we’ll be there to serve you – as you’d expect!
However, it’s also Christmas, so we won’t ALL be in every day. But, there will be plenty of us around on each day, so that if you need us, we’ll be there to help you.
And, as an added bonus (for us), Steve has offered to cover the office by himself on Christmas Eve. In doing so, he’s giving the rest of us a free day off (how nice of him!). Maybe you can save up your more difficult Support Calls until Monday 24th, and let’s see if he remembers how to solve your problems.
(I think he’s hoping that no-one will call on Christmas Eve – after all, it is a Monday).
