Led by CEO, Russell Horton, FluidOne is composed of some of the best talents in the industry, from Group level to every branch. Together they combine their knowledge of the business, customers, products, the external experience of scale, acquisitions and organic sales growth to drive FluidOne towards its goal of becoming the best quality Connected Cloud Solutions provider to UK businesses.

Jesse Harfield

Group Managing Director – IT Services


Jesse has been a part of FluidOne since December 2023, first joining the group as Interim Branch Manager of FluidOne Camberley. In addition to his branch management duties, he has served as Group Managing Director – IT Services since April 2025, managing the group’s IT pillar across multiple branches nationwide. In this capacity, Jesse leads the integration of five acquired IT business units into one, driving strategic sales growth for both SMB and Enterprise customers.

With over three decades in the IT and technology sectors, many of them spent as a Managing Director or Sales Director, Jesse has acquired extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and overseeing organisational growth.

In his spare time Jesse is an experienced weekend bag carrier during family shopping outings. A long-time supporter of the RYA, he also loves the sea and boating.

Craig Minney

Operations Director


Craig has worked for FluidOne as Operations Director of Camberley and Cheltenham since 2024, following a stint as Head of IT Support. Prior to this, he joined FluidOne in 2022 serving as IT Service Desk Manager for our Cheltenham Branch Service and Delivery team. An Armed Forces Veteran, Craig has spent over a decade in leadership roles in the IT sector, fulfilling roles ranging from second line network engineer to operations manager.

 

During his tenure at FluidOne, he has led in unifying the company's IT service and delivery operations. He successfully led the integration of the Colgate and Cheltenham service teams, and more recently brought the Camberley team into the fold—creating a single, streamlined, and efficient team that enhances service quality and delivery efficiency across the branch.

 

Craig is married with 2 children and when he can, enjoys going home to the Welsh Valleys to throw himself down mountain bike trails with his eldest son.

Barry Prince

Technical Delivery Team Leader


Barry began his time at FluidOne as Technical Delivery Team Leader in 2024, following a three-decade long career designing, securing, and evolving global IT environments across on-premise, data centre, and cloud platforms. Starting out as a PC support manager, he has held IT and infrastructure management roles across a variety of sectors, developing vast experience in hands-on leadership, strategic IT architecture, and seamless migration execution.

Throughout his career, Barry has led complex infrastructure transformations, including large-scale cloud migrations to Microsoft Azure, Office 365 tenant consolidations, and global security enhancements such as Duo 2FA and Cisco Firepower implementations. Barry brings with him deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, VMware, Citrix, Nutanix, Dell/HP hardware, and enterprise applications like Oracle ERP and Mimecast. His leadership has spanned global teams, with a strong focus on compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Based in Camberley, Surrey, Barry is a dedicated professional who balances his passion for IT with interests in motorsports, performance cars, and blockchain technology.

Laura Weir

Finance Manager


Laura has served as branch Finance Manager since 2016, first under the projectfive branding before it became FluidOne Camberley in 2023. In this position she manages the daily operations of the Finance and Admin Department, as well as being responsible for management accounts for the Camberley and Sheffield branches.

In addition to managing the daily operations of the Finance and Admin Department and overseeing management accounts for the Camberley and Sheffield branches, Laura excels in coaching staff, cashflow forecasting, and managing operational finance. Her leadership and expertise ensure that financial strategies are effectively implemented, and that the department runs smoothly.

Laura has over three decades of experience in finance and administration, developing a proven track record of managing finance functions, supervising teams, and improving operational efficiency across various industries

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Laura is an avid animal enthusiast. She owns three dogs and has previously contributed to a local charity by fostering dogs.

Jack Hainsworth

Client Account Manager Team Leader


Jack joined FluidOne in 2025 as Client Account Manager – Team Leader at Camberley. He began his career in IT support in 2016 as an apprentice, progressing into first- and second-line support roles over the next five years.

In 2021 Jack transitioned into account management within the cyber security sector, helping both SME and Enterprise customers to improve their overall security posture and navigate the challenges of cyber security. Moving into FluidOne Jack now manages the Camberley Client Delivery team focusing on solving customer challenges, formulating sales strategy, and building relationships.

Outside of work Jack is a fan of playing darts, watching F1, and running – half-marathon being his favourite distance – and is trained in beekeeping. He has a young son and loves nothing more than taking him on adventures.

Ed Hudson

IT Service Team Leader


Ed took up the position of IT Service Team Leader at FluidOne in 2020 after spending two years as NOC Second Line Support Analyst at PSU Business Technology, which became the Cheltenham branch of FluidOne during this time – under the remit of Camberley. Prior to this he worked in the insurance sector, initially as an insurance consultant before becoming a telephony analyst.

Ed used to be in a band for 13 years, which toured throughout Europe, and he still plays guitar in his spare time. Additionally, he likes to go hiking with his wife and two dogs, and also spends a lot of time working on home renovations.

Luke Goddard

Helpdesk Team Leader


Luke is FluidOne Camberley’s Helpdesk Team Leader, a position he has held since 2023. He joined Camberley as an IT Analyst 2021 under the projectfive branding, before becoming Apprentice Manager in 2023 for several months before joining his current role.

Luke has over two decades of experience working in IT, specialising in customer service. He started out as an apprentice before moving on to a variety of support and engineering roles, across sectors ranging from food to pharmaceuticals to telecoms.

In his spare time Luke enjoys golf and movies, but above all is a family man, with nothing meaning more to him than his wife, two children, and the rest of the Goddard’s.
