Tis the season to be jolly – with festive cheer, Christmas parties and merriment aplenty! However, we know that not everyone will be taking time off at this time of the year, and unfortunately IT problems don’t always take a break for the holiday period either!

The projectfive team lined up the orange buckets filled with ice cold water, and took it in turns to soak Steve in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. With each bucket worth £10 each, the team helped to raise £150.

The projectfive family has welcomed 2 new members to the team: Kerris is the new Marketing & Business Development Assistant and has joined Michael and Leanne in the Business Development team (now referred to as KLM by Steve). She has known the orange family for several years after collaborating with the team on many IT related projects, whilst working as a marketing assistant at Watts Gallery....

At the beginning of the summer months, we rounded up some of our finest projectfive athletes to take part in the Mundays charity run in support of The Princess Alice Hospice. Dressed in co-ordinating custom designed t-shirts, the team set off on the 5km course around Bushy Park. Now that the hangover has passed, I’ve had time to reflect on our achievement of being a finalist in the Toast of Surrey business awards and, I have to be honest, being ‘just a runner up’ hit me harder than I thought it would do.

I’m really proud of the projectfive team… last night all 17 of us attended the Toast of Surrey Award Ceremony as finalists. We were unlucky as we didn’t win. That honour went to Gold-I. But, we did really well to make it into the final against some very stiff competition. Surrey is such a fantastic region and there are so many successful companies here. We recently took part in a survey with Surrey University, Surrey Chambers and YouBecome and we received a ‘Net Promoter Score’ of 80.
